10/10 Excellent
Only spent one night here on the way to the Iya Valley. JR Clement is an excellent hotel located right next to the JR Station. Clients were mostly Japanese businessman which was nice as it seemed we were the only tourist so it was very quiet. Hotel was very clean and seemed very new. On site parking. A Family Mart right across the street. Excellent amenities even by Japanese hotel standards, war plugs, shoe deodorizer, mints bath salts, facial creams and washers along with the usuals found...

Make sure to book your room with the Dinner and Breakfast options. That dinner was one of the best meals I've ever had in Japan!

Staff is kind, very conveniently located downtown next to the train station, and the property is clean. The rooms are a bit small and outdated, however.
