"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering.
