"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Lovely location with stunning views. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Very calm and with easy access to either Chamonix and the Mont Blanc or Yvoire, Evian and other towns bordering Lake Leman. Numerous hikes available within 15 to 30 minutes from the chalet. You need your own transport obviously to book in a mountain village . Hosts are extremely welcoming and easy-going. "What a great hotel! It felt very luxurious and was quite relaxing just off the lake but with some breathtaking views. Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent.
