"Exceptional staff "

"Hotel location is excellent as it is near to everything - SM, church, pharmacies, restaurants. However for the price it hardly has any amenities. No hand or face towels, no microwave, tiny bottles of shampoos but no conditioner or lotion. Shower head is not adjustable and shoots to the back wall of the shower and water dripping and flooding the bathroom. Free breakfast has watered down coffee. Good thing they have an electric kettle so we could make our own coffee. Eggs were cooked the same way...

Super clean, well kept, laundry and travel services, convenient to everything, super friendly, inviting neighborhood with super friendly neighbors and most importantly the gratitude for the endless love they have shown to a complete stranger but now like family!!!"

"The front desk staff by the name of Ms.Cindy is very helpful. I actually booked via online for my daughter and her friend. I made an oversease call to the property to ensure the booking and she her customer service is good. The room is spacious and clean. MY daughter had a restful sleep during her stay. "Shower drain backed up and wetted the whole bathroom as there is no shower door. Other than that, was good to go."

"Everything was fine except the wifi is so slow and as bad as no internet connection. And also I booked for a week but they only cleaned the room once. They said I have to pay additional for room service but other hotels aren't like that: they clean everyday. But overall, I had a good stay."

"I booked this property for my aunt's birthday celebration. Per my aunt, she had a comfortable stay at this property. The hotel surroundings was quaint and relaxing. The family room that she stayed at was nice and clean. The hotel also provided bali style breakfast by the pool. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended."
