This place is older and you can tell that some things need renovated but the bed was comfortable and was clean. It is a great value compared to some of the other places to stay just around the bend from it.

The shower leaks. Fan in yhe bathroom comes on every time you turn the light on ( disturbing night sleep) despite other lights in the bathroom that dont work.

The hallways had a distinct mildew odor, though it was tolerable in the rooms. The rooms were quite dirty. Significant visible detritus around the entire perimeter and against furniture. There was also an unsafe, exposed splice of the power cord for the A/C unit - just bare wire nuts that were loosely screwed on. If we had a young child with us, it would have been very unsafe.
