The apartment was fine except there were no instructions how to operate otherwise high quality appliances. The biggest drawback though was the complete lack of staff willing to assist with check in and advice, only a phone number to call which was tricky with a non-American phone. Expedia did not supply the codes to enter the building or to enter the apartment. One staff member was at the desk when I left but she said she was only responsible for the long-term residents and could not help me. But for the price it was otherwise a reasonable deal. Outlets where to buy food were not indicated. The closest I could find was about a 10 minute walk away. More customer support definitely needed I think
