I checked in at about 7 PM. Front desk gal was friendly but gave me a room about a mile from my car (exaggeration), on almost the furthest corner of the third floor. I had to make about 3 trips to and from my car to haul my stuff to and from the room and didn't appreciate that. The hotel was not full, so I don't understand why some of us are put into distant rooms. The next morning, the coffee bar was out of creamer at 8:45 AM. I asked the guy at the desk for more creamer, and he said there wasn't anymore. Fortunately, the manager came in just then, I asked how they can be out of creamer, and he found more in a back room. He has always been very pleasant, and I feel for him if this country is so short of staff that new hires don't know what's going on. The room was decent, and I always appreciate the hot shower, full size refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette. This area is in an excellent location near the interstate, restaurants, and a great mall, so I will stay here again.

The room was pretty gross.. there was hair in the shower, on the bathroom door, and all over the bed. There was a light that was dangling from the ceiling, the room reeked of cigarettes (although it is a “no smoking” hotel), and nothing seemed to have actually ever been cleaned unless absolutely necessary (a fruit sticker that was left on the floor from a person before us). It was a place to sleep, but not a very comfy one. You get what you pay for (and a lil bit less at that)

Got a phone call on the morning that we were suppose to check in. Our hotel was flooded and we couldn't stay there. Was put up at another hotel in the area. The second one was not great. Really was disappointed in the other hotel.

After staying previously at another Extended Stay I was very disappointed in this one. The room was dirty, the bathtub was gross. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and it was accumulated dirt, not fresh. There was also trash left as well. The floors were sticking. The bedding, the bed wasn't actually made. The pillows should not of even been in use. A dirty coffee cup in the hall was there my entire stay. The outside grass was not mowed either. Needless to say very disappointed, and not happy with the money I spent for this room.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely FILTHY….the room was disgusting. I had to go to Walmart and purchase my own cleaning supplies. Everything was out of date and packed with dirt and dust. The refrigerator had slimy thick stuff all in the drawers and bottom glass. The bathroom was horrible the beds were stained and smelly. Carpet and floors were so nasty. Jason and Tamara were nice and helpful. But the condition of the hotel is terrible. I will never visit another extended stay again.

This place was disgusting. Smelled like weed. Someone had a cat in their room, so you could smell that. The only area to take dogs out had an empty poop bag dispenser. So there was so much poop, you couldn't walk around. Found someone's underwear in our bed. Wanted to take a bath but they didn't have a drain stopper. Breakfast was a few cereal bars.

The check in and check out were smooth and the ladies at the desk both times were nice, but the room was okay until the bugs popped up on the counter, the bed was almost to the ground and carpet seemed nasty. The restroom wasn’t bad and the fridge was clean. There are people living there so there are a variety of smells in the hallway but that didn’t really affect my room.
