I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff members, especially the front desk, were so friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for us during our stay. The breakfast was very good also. Quick walking distance from the Great Lakes Crossings mall. Would definitely stay here again!

Yes the clerks were courteous. The room was clean. Could use higher toilet for elderly. Could have used rubber bath mat on tub. Glad there was a safety bar on wall of shower. We were put near elevator due to my brother’s impaired mobility.

breakfast was sub par. the food seemed not to be fresh made - all seemed to be from pre-packaged from frozen type. the facility was overall and generally very clean but on the afternoon we noticed our room had ants in the bathroom. ( which means they were everywhere but could not see them on dark carpet).
