Nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great. Nice pool and workout area as well. Kind of a quieter area, but still a few restaurants close by.

Most like everything was good except the breakfast they might have to improve better. Like the food wasn’t hot enough and we show up the the breakfast they asked for a peeper instead to ask for a room number to prove if the breakfast is included in the reservation

Overall started off rocky as we were assigned a room that was clearly not to be used by guests. Missing microwave, headboard on the bed, broken blow dryer, shower soap mount broken, just to name a few. When we brought that up to staff however the staff we spoke with were extremely helpful and got us a new room for the second night of our stay. Second room was much better. Pool was too cold and not stocked with towels.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and coffee. Irritated breakfast was extra money. And really should have been free for the quality of the food. Very exspensive room for just a boring Wednesday.

Stayed here after flying in and before a drive up state. Convenient location to the interstate, and lots of things around if needed. (Like Meijer which I miss so much since moving!) The hotel was SO clean and the room was updated and smelled really nice. The staff was also very nice, from the desk to the restaurant. Could have used some juice and milk for the little one at the buffet breakfast… they only had coffee and water out, and milk for the coffee. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
