I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, and all the facilities added to the comfort of my visit. We attended a wedding and had a pleasant stay. The hotel was conveniently located next to restaurants and stores in the area. The check in was seamless and staff very nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed like a refrigerator and microwave and living space. The bathroom was on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and also went to the onsite bar during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was just okay. The guy that checked us in was very informative. The breakfast was good but it was posted until 10 am but was over by 8:20 am the food ran out. The pool was open but not heated. So that was a huge waste. Location was good for what I needed.

Overall a good stay. Disappointed that with a huge buffet there was no meat option one morning. No conditioner in room. No refill of coffee in room. Parking was easy and it’s close to a lot of stuff. From Canada. Would probably stay here again. Bed was comfy.

Parking is a wide open lot with lots of availability. The location of the hotel off the highway is very convenient. Staff was so friendly - namely the gentleman on check in and the woman on check out. We had forgotten an item (a fork!) and staff found us one which was really helpful. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are spacious and sre always clean. They offer a good breakfast every morning. The staff is always kind. If you don't want to sit or lie in the bed all day/ or night, there is a separate living area, that's very nice. The Hyatt Place is our choice of hotels in and out of Michigan.
