Bed was clean bathroom was alright not the best not the worst staff at check in needs work owner I’m assuming was on his phone didn’t even make an attempt to get off his chair instead called a different employee who was a not friendly what so ever card wasn’t working due to their machine was forced to pay cash not a big deal but her attitude needed to change had a friend book a stay as well his room rank of weed definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The guy at the desk was rude and arrogant, but the place was great, clean, and inexpensive. The staff was fine. There are a lot of very disgusting Wyndham hotels around there and I moved here from there because they were so disgusting, dirty, ill run.

The initial room I reserved was unavailable, so they gave me another room that didn’t have a working television. The staff said there’s nothing they could do about it. No comfort, No consolation, No friendliness.

This place is a dump. Looks like the scene of a horror movie ir something. It is a motel. All doors open to the outside. The doors to the rooms are all beat up and look like they're 75 years old. It's impossible to find where to check-in. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and the dumpsters were overflowing i would have canceled my reservation upon arrival, had I been able to. I decided to eat rhe cost of the room and stay somewhere else. Did not feel safe at this place and got an uneasy feeling driving up to it and around!

When we showed up, he tried to tell us that there was a rate difference and we had to pay an extra $50/night, or cancel our reservation through expedia and pay them directly. My husband got upset and did swear once, this guy responded by swearing and yelling back, then pulled out his vape and vaped right in front of us. When my husband said we came from Canada, it was a different tune from this guy. He thought we were from Ohio just from looking at my license. If I hadn't used my expedia points to help pay for the room, and if we could have afforded to go elsewhere, I would have walked right out!! We also had some difficulties with the room, were told twice maintenence was coming, they never did, and we had to switch rooms. Would NEVER stay at this place or ANY Red Roof Inn again!!

The room was comfortable and being on the ground level offered easy access and sight to my vehicle. I was however, accused of smoking in my room. The manager was great getting me in, but when I'd needed assistance with my tv, he had come in and said it smelled of smoke. I showed him my ashtray/cup that i was using to smoke and he told me i was going to lose my deposit. I did have half of a smoked cigarette in the pack that was on the counter and i know that can admit smells, but i obliged by all rules and am disgusted with how i was accused and treated. I do not recommend and most likely will never visit again.

Okay overall

There was dirty sheets on the bed that we had to change ourselves, the pool was closed the entire time, we were only given one towel, and they ran out of clean washcloths. It wasn’t a horrible stay by any means, but many small issues that made it much less enjoyable than expected. Bed was comfortable and room was dark and cool though! Surprisingly quiet for number of guests there as well.

NASTY - UNSANITARY - WORST EXPERIENCE

Hands down The worst experience in my entire life was renting a hotel for one night from this place. I would never, ever recommend my worst enemy to stay at this place. You are at risk of bed bugs, cockroaches and an unsanitary environment.
