Room clean Thermostat kept dropping heat to 66F. On the first floor The restaurant and bar were closed for the holiday. Stayed here before when the restaurant was open. Remember the food was good.

Fresh Baked Cookies

Perfect location in Troy next to Somerset Mall, I walked there daily. Convenient to restaurants. Friendly staff, comfy beds, and they had warm fresh baked cookies at the front desk every night! Will stay again!

Good Business Hotel and location!

Very nice hotel that met my needs for business trip. The location was a bonus next to large Mall with several nice restaurants. PF Changs Dinner with customers was really good!

First off I have to say the staff is so nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is pretty dated- very basic. I’m sure it was pretty nice back in 1990 but I don’t think anything has ever been updated. Fine for a place to sleep but it’s not what I was expecting with the Somerset name. Perfectly fine but nothing special. I would not stay here again.
