Our room never got cleaned during our 5 dsy stay. I am not sure if thats their business model or it was overlooked. We took out our own trash to the bins outside and asked for more towles on a few occasions. Some of the dishes jn the cabinet were also filthy so we rewashed everything. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. Our bed was comfortable. Overall, for the value and the location, we would stay again but just be aware of these oversights.

Great Stay!

The TownePlace Suites in Commerce is centrally located to great dining establishments and shopping. Easy access to the highway as well. Breakfast is solid and the room has all the comforts of home.

I booked an accessible room. When I checked in, my room wasn’t available, so they placed us in a different. The next morning, we were moved to a beautiful accessible room and our luggage was moved for us to the new room. Continental breakfast was sufficient; hot-serve offers should vary. The same egg patties & turkey sausage patties got old ,as we were there for several days. We made it work with a lot of do-it-yourself prep. All that said, it was a very nice stay & convenient location!

I stayed at this hotel six years ago. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and I had no problems. This time I could see that things had gone downhill. Housekeeping only every three days. I didn't see that written anywhere. They couldn't even deliver clean towels to my room because they were shortstaffed. I had to put my dirty towels in the hallway and go down to get towels after getting back to hotel quite late.The couch in my room clearly hadn't been cleaned in years, my desk lamp didn't work, it just wasn't well maintained. I will stay somewhere else the next time I come to the area.

Overall I had no issues during my weekend staycation. Bed was cozy and the room was good for the most part. There were some food stains on the door to the room and on the walls in the kitchen and the bathroom wall along the baseboard was really dirty. All the dishes were in the dishwasher dirty when I got there. It wasn’t a huge deal as this didn’t make my stay any worse but just a note to housekeeping.
