"This property was ideal for the two of us. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Unfortunately, we were right in the middle of the Isle of Palms Beach Restoration project construction, but that was not the fault of the rental, and we would rent here again. The proximity to the pool, sand wash-off station, and beach access were ideal."

"Check in was a little awkward at the gate because we were not sure what to provide. The person at the gate was very nice and let us in when I explained we were renting and shared my email. Only other issue was the tractor work that was very loud all night long on both Thursday and Friday night."

"We had a wonderful week even with the beach restoration. Beth brought this to our attention before we arrived and was willing to refund 100% if we wanted to cancel. We still wanted to come and she gave us 50% off the rental to compensate for the inconvenience. In speaking with other guests they were not made aware of the situation before they arrived and were having to fight with their host to get any money. I never even had to ask Beth she offered up front. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Our adult son came down for part of the week and he slept in the extra room upstairs. We did bring a fan to move the air a little. It does have a/c but doesn’t stay as cool as downstairs. Worked out great! Once the beach restoration is complete, it will have easy access to the beach and the beach will be beautiful! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very peaceful and relaxing week. Definitely not a crowded beach which I loved. I highly recommend and would stay at this unit again."

"The condo was great, the view was excellent, the pool was really nice. It would have been fantastic if the beach would have been easily available. I know you can’t help that they are working on the erosion problem. The water above where they working was yucky! We ended up driving with all our beach paraphernalia a half mile down the beach to avoid the dirty looking water. Would have been nice to go in for lunch and the bathroom. Other than that we had a really good time. And by the way y’all must walk faster than me because that short 5 minute walk was more like 15 minutes."
