1 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo with a Community Pool

"The location was wonderful. The condo was beautifully furnished with tastefully appointed decor. It would have been perfect (aside from the renourishment project that closed the beach access, which they do need.) if the condo did not have the musty, moldy, damp odor that hits you in the face as soon as you step over the warped flooring from the foyer into the living room. The condo should be named, “Oh Damp!” Even with the thermostat set to a comfortable 72 degrees, there was a constant humidity in the condo. If you use your hand towel and return 5 hours later it will still be wet. The humidity and odor made it feel unhealthy to be breathing in. It is such a shame that the owners have allowed this lovely condo to rot from excess humidity. The AC is not pulling the moisture out. It was like vacationing in a basement of an old house prone to flooding."

"The condo was great, the view was excellent, the pool was really nice. It would have been fantastic if the beach would have been easily available. I know you can’t help that they are working on the erosion problem. The water above where they working was yucky! We ended up driving with all our beach paraphernalia a half mile down the beach to avoid the dirty looking water. Would have been nice to go in for lunch and the bathroom. Other than that we had a really good time. And by the way y’all must walk faster than me because that short 5 minute walk was more like 15 minutes."
