Beautiful home in a great location. The house is spacious, attractive and was a great setup for our group. Kevin was also very accommodating and helped arrange early access for a decorator before our arrival, which we really appreciated. There were a few maintenance issues that were surprising for a property of this quality, including several nonworking electrical outlets in the master suite, very low water flow in one bathroom sink and a badly clogged drain in another. We also didn't realize until arrival that guests need to bring their own sheets and towels, although the listing has since been updated to make that requirement much clearer.Overall, these were relatively minor issues and didn't prevent us from having a great weekend. With those maintenance items addressed, this is a terrific Dewey Beach rental.
