"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout our stay. Both breakfast and lunch were outstanding, with an incredible selection of fresh seafood and so many delicious options. The room was huge, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bed linen was wonderfully soft and delicate. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would happily come back again."

"The hotel is great. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Carter who helped us communicate and organize our day with the non english speaking driver we hired for the day. "From the start till the end of our stay has been wonderful. Given a high floor room with such a lovely view. Hotel also took extra effort to decorate our room as it was our wedding anniversary. Free mini fridge welcome drinks were provided. Buffet breakfast had plentiful of food from Western to Chinese cuisine. They also provide free high tea and night supper too. Location is excellent just 10 mins walk to Chunxi road and train station. Every staff is polite and friendly so really can’t ask for more with such a good nightly rate."
