"I’m not used to leaving a poor review, but our stay at the Taj palace was a hide disappointment. It started with Rakesh on the concierge desk being rude. "환불불가 상품에 날짜를 잘못 선택해 예약했는데, 사정을 설명하니 흔쾌히 날짜를 수정해 주셨어요. 제가 묵은 방에는 큰 창문이 없어(창문이 있긴 하나, 에어컨 실외기가 놓여있고 비둘기들이 모여서 창문이 무용지물이었음) 방 안이 다소 습하긴 하였으나 묵는 동안 잘 지냈습니다. 친구 가족이 과거 묵었을 때 좋았다고 해서 추천 받아 간 곳인데, 추천한대로 괜찮더라구요. 숙소 사장님은 밝은 성격에 외향적인 분으로 인도 여행 관련 정보를 많이 알려주셨고요, 필요한 것들 요청하면 보통 5분 이내로 바로 처리해 주셨습니다. 건물 경비 분(특히 밤에 근무하시는 분)은 저희가 아그라, 자이푸르에 간다고 새벽 5시에 나가는 바람에 잠을 깨웠음에도 친절하게 문 열어주셔서 감사하고 죄송했어요. 참, 호텔이 위치한 동네 자체가 조용한 주택가라 안전했습니다! "Location very good, shower very good, wifi very good, breakfast very good. Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back.
