"The staff was incredibly friendly, they took care of us very well. My son ran the halls. Breakfast was really really good. The beds were a little stiff. The balconies were a little small, but we didn’t come to Branson to stay in the hotel. The indoor pool was very nice. We didn’t use the outdoor pool. The hot tub left a little wanting, but it did the job. The room was a nice size. The climb up and down from the parking lot were kind of annoying, but it does sit on a hill/mountain. It’s right in the heart of Branson. We walked to the mountain coaster next-door. Unfortunately, my son did see a vagrant living in the lot next to it, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel"

"yes, the room had a dirty ceiling fan, dust hanging off the side of the ceiling fan, the swimming pool outside of the 3 building needs vacummed. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was great. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing we didn’t like, was that because there were 2 buildings, we had to go to the main building to request more towels when we needed them. The main building was kind of far from the second building. Other than that the hotel was great."
