Lovely hotel immaculate with excellent staff. Enjoyed having pre-allocated sun loungers and umbrella on private beach so no rush to get a lounger. Outside restaurant terrace for dinner overlooking beach.

Superfreundliche Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen, stets hilfsbereit. Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Perfekte Lage am Strand, Zentrum in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A True Gem on the Ligurian Coast – Hospitality at Its Finest! Our stay at the Grand Hotel Diana Majestic was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team — from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Beach staff — made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. The food throughout our stay was delightful, but what truly elevated the experience was the people. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. It was clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and their passion for great hospitality showed in every interaction. Special mention to Mathilde at the Front Desk — an absolute star! Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with heart and precision. We didn’t catch every name, but every team member played a part in making our stay memorable. Thank you for showing us what true hospitality looks like — we will most certainly be back!

Wonderful stay.. i loved the place , customer service at its top, swimming pool and beach area are good as well. Only setback is the gym ; small.

Beautiful Hotel experience

Hotel staff is great; they give you as much attention as you want. Their private beach is wonderful, assigned lounges and umbrellas with plenty of space in between is a better beach experience. Note, the small stone beach is not sand.

operating hours of the restaurant could be adjusted slightly for families with small children, since its quite difficult to have dinner after 19.30h when with a 6 month old baby. But this is a general phenomenon in Italy. Also be aware that you have lots of tour busses depending on the season with larger tourist groups stopping over in this hotel.

Vom Empfang bis zum Auschecken hat alles einfach und schnell funktioniert. Das Personal sehr freundlich und ist auf Wünsche eingegangen. Gute Küche und jeden Tag eine abwechselnde Karte. Saubere und ruhige Umgebung. Toller Strand mit eigenen Liegestühlen und Badeaufsicht. Rundum zufrieden.

Vu les photos je m attendais à autre chose. Nous avons eu la vue mer mais aussi sur la piscine vide en plein ménage. Les chambres sont quand même bien mieux en photo. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Pas de choix, pas spécialement frais. Très déçu du petit déjeuner pour un endroit de ce type. Nous nous attendions à mieux.

Super Unterkunft aber Hunde nur "akzeptiert" aber nicht gern gesehen. Das Hotel ist wirklich klasse. Der Strand ist toll und das Frühstück auch. Auch unser Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach war auch super. Allerdings gibt es einen kritischen Punkt. Ein Haustier kostet pro Nacht 16€ allerdings darf man mit dem Haustier dann weder an den Strand, noch an den Pool, noch in das Restaurant. Jetzt die Frage: warum akzeptiert das Hotel überhaupt Haustiere und verlangt 16€ die Nacht, wenn ich dann mit dem Hund nirgends hin darf außer auf die Wiese. Also entweder, beschreibe ich das auf der Buchungsseite oder ich lasse keine Hunde zu. Aber auch die Besitzer der Hunde haben keinen Spaß im Urlaub wenn das Tier nirgends hin darf. Daher mein Fazit: Urlaub ohne Haustier, echt Klasse! Mit Haustier: Geldverschwendung!

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel im Urlaub. Gute Lage, guter Service, sehr empfehlenswert. Einzig das Zimmer mit Balkon direkt über der Hotelküche war suboptimal.
