"The hotel was clean and the staff at the desk were very friendly and professional. Check in and check out were so easy. I didn’t make it to breakfast as there was a tournament in town so it was very busy. Bed was comfortable and love that there is not carpeting in the room. I would stay here again."

"Tres belle chambre confortable beaucoup beaucoup d'espace ... on se sens comme a la maison. comme beaucoup disent il y a le bruit et c'est vrai, mais c'est un batiment d'époque avec beaucoup de fenestration donc normal d'entendre ce qui se passe dehors. Merci pour le paravent il a bien servis comme rideau a la porte de secours... une amélioration pourrait etre faire a ce niveau. Sinon TOP CLASS "

"From the beginning there was disappointment. They could not access my confirmation with Expedia. I had to insist that was the rate i was paying and not more. I had to request refill room products 3 times before they delivered. Our TV was not working at first. There was no free continental breakfast. There was no room tidy up. The reception desk staff were pleasant and helpful, to a degree. "

"I stayed two nights at this property, and for an entire day there was no water available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If I had been informed of this in advance, I would not have chosen to stay there. Guests should be properly notified of any service interruptions ahead of time. Providing bottled water does not adequately address the inability to shower or flush toilets. Additionally, the coffee machine, which was supposed to be complimentary, was out of order during my stay. I also found a nail in my bed, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations."

"There was a loud noise all night from the outside I don’t know what it was but kept me until 2:00. When I told the front desk the woman didn’t really seem to care. But otherwise great breakfast and clean rooms, shower head could use a change it was a light mist"
