Really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast included had lots of selection and was fresh. Used the pool and fitness area which was nice after a long drive from Ontario.

The gentleman working the desk when we checked in could not have been better, his name was Randy, and it was not hard to tell that he loves his job!! His personality was perfect for a client facing position. We have now stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a complaint. The location is perfect, with Champlain Place right across the street, and lots of places to eat close by.
