Gorgeous 5 bedroom Home With Fabulous Ocean Views and 4 Master Suites

Constructed in 2003 and significantly renovated in 2014, this residence presents captivating views of Dillon Beach, Tomales Bay, and the Pacific Ocean from its unobstructed bluff. Boasting over 3,200 square feet of living space adorned with impressive woodwork and top-notch finishes, it now showcases 4 master suites, each furnished with a King-size bed and the aforementioned scenic views. Additionally, a library with a Queen-sized wall bed and its own full bath adds flexibility to the sleeping arrangements.

In total, there are 4 King-sized beds, 1 Queen-sized wall bed, a full-sized sofa bed, and a sectional sofa that can be configured into a spacious bed or two smaller beds. The 5.5 baths are unparalleled in the area. Three fireplaces, including two in bedrooms, contribute to the cozy ambiance. The well-appointed kitchen opens to the living and dining area, where walls of windows provide the same breathtaking views.

However, the most alluring feature of this stunning home is its 1000-square-foot, bi-level, slate deck—ideal for enjoying meals, barbecues, the hot tub, sunrises, sunsets, and, of course, stargazing. A generously-sized game room offers Ping-Pong and Foosball tables, making it a perfect retreat for large families or groups.

You'll also find valuable information about local restaurants, wineries, and exciting activities in the area. Our vacation rentals come fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Best Birthday at Dolphin Den

Our large family loved the Dolphin Den house in Dillon Beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Bonuses were the amazing views, the deck, hot tub, and fun game room. Hope to stay there again! Kathy

Surprise Birthday for my Wife

Had an excellent stay at the Dolphin den this weekend. House is well stocked, comfortable and amazing views throughout. Check-in process was well detailed and very easy. Would definitely recommend and look forward to a repeat visit.

Beautiful Home

Stayed for a ladies weekend as a group of 8 friends. Very comfortfor a ladies weekend as a group of nine friends. House was very accommodating for the whole group and common spaces are comfortable. Views are extraordinary, and the deck and hot tub were a huge highlight!

Wonderful time at the Dolphin Den

My family and I had a wonderful time. The views were spectacular and the accommodations were great. We felt like we had a small piece of the ocean to ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. Close enough to Bodega Bay to make a day out of it too. I would highly, highly recommend.

What a wonderful view of the ocean from all rooms! Bedrooms each had own bathroom/shower. Beds were very comfortable. Had a few issues that were immediately resolved. Thank you Randy.! Had a great time! Loved all the visiting deer too!

Beautiful and Fantastic Home

This home was situated in a gorgeous location overlooking the ocean. We also saw deer and hares running around and were able to walk down to the ocean within 30 minutes. There was ample room to sleep and it was an easy process to check in and check out! Thank you!

Excellent getaway with friends

The house is lovely with a commanding view of the beach and the mouth of Tomales Bay. Great kitchen and dining space... plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the view. The house was immaculately clean. One note, the 5th bedroom is not really a room. More of an alcove off the living room with a murphy bed.

Great Family Vacation

We had such a great stay here. The house is perfect, because we are four adult couples (my husband and myself with our three kids and their spouses and with four grandkids between) and to have four master suites with king beds and their own bathroom, this is ESSENTIAL!. The location is beautiful. Don't miss going left out of the driveway and walking into the pasture and then following the path along the coast till you reach the secret cove! It's amazing and so worth the walk. We didn't take the littles with us, just four adults took the walk. So worth it. The public beach is great. Much warmer down there than up top where we were. It gets foggy here! Says the person from Southern CA!!! I so recommend this house. Thank you!!

Family oriented home

Beautiful home. Great view of Dillon Beach. One of the best features is that each of the 5 bedroom has its own private bathroom. The stove is a fancy elctric induction stove. If you are not familiar with these types of stove. You should study up on them. Had an issue with a smoke alarm blasting. Upon reporting to Randy his handyman was responsive to correct. Hot tub is big and view of the beach. Ping-pong table was a hit with all ages of the family. Webber grill was big but burners were dirty. Fire place worked well and enjoyed so-mores. We were a group of 10 and had a great time. The osyters at Nicks were great and have kids food too. House has no AC as was stated in the detials of the home.

Perfect for our annual Dillon Beach getaway

We reserved Dolphin Den for our annual 3-night Dillon Beach getaway. It was perfect for eight of us. Three couples each had beautiful suites with our own private bathroom (TV's and fireplaces in some too), and our two single guests each had queen size accommodations with their own private bathrooms as well. (Beds were sooooo comfortable.) The deck and the views were magnificent. This is our 5th getaway, but it was the first time we could actually hang out on the deck without being blown away thanks to the glass front. Lots of deer meandering past on their way to wherever it is they go. We engaged in a few staring contests. Hot tub. Ping pong. We put it all to good use. We're a lively crowd, and the living area had ample room for all of us along with our guitars, voices and percussion. We even got to watch the Giants in Arizona. (They lost. The season is over! Just kidding.) The kitchen was nicely stocked with amenities and it was easy to prepare dinner for eight in the double ovens. It's the only way to do homemade pizza and two lasagnas. It was a bit crowded in the mornings when we were all milling about trying to get to the coffee pot, but hey, we're family and bumping into each other is part of the fun. We loved the square dining table. It's so nice to be sitting in an arrangement where you can see and talk with everyone. The driveway is a bit steep and hairy but there is plenty of parking, and privacy from the street once you get to the bottom. We were graced with perfect weather, beach walks, fish taco night in Valley Ford, and many memories to carry us over until we can get together again. The manager was great to work with and we hope to visit Dolphin Den again.

The house was the perfect size for our family ... especially the "man cave" play room. Our four grandsons had great fun hanging out in that room .... playing pool, ping pong, doing their "Navy seal training" workouts! But the fold out couch bed definitely needs to be either repaired or replaced. The view of the beach and bay from each bedroom and the kitchen/family room was mesmerizing. The kitchen had almost every conceivable cooking utensil, cookware, silverware and glassware needed to host a large family with large appetites ! The only applicance that did not work was the coffee maker. We hope to return to Dillon Beach for another family event and would definitely consider booking this property.Thank you

Great house! Coffee maker didn’t work. (But, of course they provided a French press, so problem solved). That’s the one and only not glowing comment. They had every imaginable kitchen need taken care of! Garage fridge a real plus. Really comfortable for our family reunion!

Perfect location for a big group

Dolphin's Den was a great space to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday with grandkids and all. The home sits on a bluff and when the fog cleared it was spectacular. The game room (garage) was a great escape for the grandkids to play ping-pong and billiards. If you plan on staying in for meals, note that there are not larger grocery stores in the area (Petaluma is closest).

Girls getaway on Dillon Beach

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway for 9 friends who have known each other for 40 years. We wanted a house with a big and comfortable living room space, a large dining table for our meals, a beautiful outdoor deck with a fabulous view of the ocean, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fabulous weekend!

Perfectly Comfortable for Family of 11

Dolphin Den is such an awesome house. We had our 3 adult kids and spouses, their 3 kids, and my husband and me. Each family had our own space using each of the 4 master bedrooms. We loved the open floor plan downstairs including the large dining table. When not at the beach or going for a walk, we spent a considerable amount of time on the deck and game room. Randy was very responsive to a few questions we had. The only item I gave 4 stars to was check-in. It was my own issue but worth mentioning. When we arrived at the house, I attempted to get to the link previously provided in an email and a text. It included the check-in procedure along with the code to get inside. I had no internet. Fortunately, I was able to get a connection running up the driveway to the road. I cut and pasted the directions to a document and all was good. I have T-mobile for my phone service and without the Wi-Fi (which was great once I connected to it) my phone service was pretty poor in that area. Other services that our kids have seemed to work better.

Amazing house! A view from all bedrooms!!!! The deck was awesome. The only complaint was the number of towels. No extra towels for hot tub which we were not prepared. Everything else was on point.

Gorgeous views in Dillon Beach

The house was great for our family’s Christmas gathering. The house was so well laid out, with stunning views. The kitchen was well equipped and we could all be together cooking and playing games. The game room in the garage was a huge plus, and we all loved playing pool and ping pong. We would definitely stay again.

Pros and Cons

Pros: lovely home, lovely property, great outside deck, great beds and great showers. Great water views! Cons: Not ONE piece of comfortable furniture to sit on. Fancy stove, not user friendly, very difficult to operate. Dishwasher problem; unable to handle heavy stoneware. Outside grill, only 2 burners worked and it needs cleaning. Power outages caused hot water system to shut down. When we first spoke with agent, they neglected to say it would need to be reset. This item needs to be included in instructions for the property.
