Updated Home in Downtown Dillon Private Hot Tub,

Orange Buffalo Lodge is located in the heart of Dillon and offers 4 bedrooms, private hot tub, and is located within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and events the town of Dillon has to offer. This modern home is located in the heart of Summit County and within 15 miles of 5 world class ski resorts and less than 15 minutes drive to Keystone Ski Resort. From the nearby hiking trails, Dillon farmers market, the Dillon Marina and Tiki Bar, the Dillon Amphitheater with live music, and paved Summit rec path, everyone is sure to be entertained. After a long day of activities, the hot tub is waiting for you outside with beautiful views of the Gore Range.

The main level of the home features a large living area with views of Buffalo and Red Mountains. There is a gas fireplace in the living area to keep everyone cozy. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the main level with all new quartzite counters and new stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with farmhouse table with seating for up to 8 people. There is additional seating at the bar for 3. There is a large deck off the main level dining area with outdoor dining, a yard garden space, and a private 6 person hot tub. Enjoy dining al fresco with direct mountain views on the spacious back deck. The main level also has a powder room, and mud room with gear storage area.

Upstairs are all 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and direct Buffalo Mountain views. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 twin sized beds. Bedroom 4 has a twin sized bed, plus twin trundle. There is a full bathroom in the hall with 2 separate sink areas that can be divided, shower and bathtub.

The lower level has a family room with TV, entertainment area, books, games and movies. There is a full bathroom in the lower level as well as a Swedish wood sauna. The lower level also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

There is a heated 2 car garage as well as parking for an additional 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Pet friendly. No pets may be left unattended at any time. Crates are provided. There is a $100 pet fee per pet that will be added on after booking. Pets must not be left unattended. 2 crates are provided to crate dogs when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on beds, furniture, couches, etc. If pet hair is found in beds, couches or on blankets there will be an additional minimum $200 cleaning fee charged

Siblings Ski Trip

This house was the perfect accommodation for our siblings’ ski trip! We could shred it up all day and come back to comforts of home. All the amenities we needed, the hot tub was perfect for apres ski relaxation, and the central location was ideal. It was a memorable trip!

Great Dillon Property

We were with a group of friends staying in Dillon for a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. The house was within easy walking distance to food and entertainment. The hot tub on the back patio was enjoyable. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Good not great stay in Dillon

The location was super convenient, the space was pretty good but we didn’t love that there was just one bathroom on the upper level for 4 bedrooms. It was nice that there was an additional family room in the basement. We would have had a better stay but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The couches proved to be better for sleeping.

Great place to stay! Close to a grocery store just incase you’re missing anything. Hot tub is great for after a long hike. Two open spaces to hang out and play games. Would recommend!

Great Getaway in Summit County

My husband and I had a great time celebrating a mini-honeymoon. The location was perfect and walking distance to many restaurants. We loved exploring Silverthorne, paddleboarding in Dillion Reservoir, and exploring Frisco and Breck! I would definitely book this house again. Super cute and clean!

Perfect spot for skiers

The house had everything you need and felt new and updated. Great artwork as well. Hot tub and sauna were awesome after skiing. Vail, breckenridge and keystone were all within 25 minutes of house. Kitchen was smallish but had everything you needed.

Views from Dillon

Great experience. Property was located in the center of everything (grocery stores, ski rentals, hiking trails, movies, 5 star restaurant bistro north,etc..) Really enjoyed waking up every morning in the master bedroom and seeing a beautiful view of a towering mountain. Important on cleaning is the only sub par thing on this listing but it’s minimal. Lots of home ready materials there so we didn’t have to buy w really (not even detergent to wash clothes). Loved the downstairs den with lots of games for family night.. 9.2 rating

Perfect location

We gathered in Dillon for a long weekend with a daughter, her husband and two children, and our son. This location was perfect for their ski activities and the house had everything we needed as it is easier to cook meals at home when you have a two year old with you! The decor is really nice and the lower-level game room was really appreciated. Everyone had a great time. The location was ideal for walking to local bars and restaurants and so close to lots of shopping including a good grocery store. There are plenty of bathrooms, but only one on the second floor which is shared with four bedrooms. That was very workable, but should be understood. The sauna and hot tub were really great, and so were the views. Instructions were great and communication was excellent.

Great location

Great communication with the hosts. Loved the property and location. The layout is dated as there are only 2.5 bathrooms (very small) for the number of beds and bedrooms. This wasn't a factor for us this trip though, but if you are planning on having 8 people at the house, make sure to plan on juggling shower time. The hot tub and sauna were great and hot for us on arrival. The grill worked great for some grilled brautworst on the back deck. The hosts have also been very clever with maximizing the space as best as possible, using the laundry room as a makeshift vanity area to free up the shower for next in line. Overall I loved it and would stay again. You can't beat the location to town and the lake.
