Stayed for one night only, the price was better than the previous hotel I had booked and the location was much better, but not perfect for our trip. But a 1 night stay in peak Xmas week isnt easy to find.

Tutto bene tranne la trentino card

L'hotel ed i suoi servizi sono stati al livello di prezzo e di categoria. Segnalo quello che spero essere stato un disguido: al termine del soggiorno mi è stata consegnata la Trentino Card che in realtà deve essere consegnata all'arrivo, poichè dà diritto a sconti nei vari assets del trentino. Ovviamente consegnandola l'ultimo giorno, di fatto si è rivelata inutilizzabile avendo già trascorso gli altri giorni di permanenza. Nel mio recente soggiorno in trentino, circa un mese fa, la card mi è stata consegnta subito e gratuitamente. Questa volta, oltre al ritardo mi è anche stata fatta pagare, cosa di cui mi sono malauguratamente avveduto in ritardo. Consiglio a chi volesse usufruire di questa struttura, informarsi bene sulla trentino card.

Ottima struttura si trova direttamente sulle piste a pochi metri dagl'impianti di risalita. Grandissima pulizia delle camere ed i camerieri del ristorante molto disponibili e gentili.
