The country house is part of a 19th century agricultural estate, which was renovated a few years ago and equipped with modern comfort while retaining the old characteristics of the building (natural stone walls, fireplace, ceiling with visible beams). Around the house, a cultivated garden with old trees and ortensias offers many corners of rest and play as well as absolute privacy (unique: earthen wall and castle door). The house is designed with a modern American kitchen with central island, fireplace area: on the left a large dining room and living room with billiard area, which leads through a French window to the first outdoor terrace. To the right of the kitchen is a winter garden and another terrace. Everything is flooded with light, the transitions to the garden are fluid. In order to offer privacy to the large family but also up to 3 couples, the 3 bedrooms are separated from each other. The same goes for the layout of the two shower rooms (each with a toilet) in the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. Many parking spaces on the property.
