"Everything was great except for when we came into the hotel. Our flight was delayed and I called to make sure everything was ok and the lady on the phone reassured me that we should be good. When we arrived the doors to get into the lobby were locked and there was a women sitting at the desk but she didn’t do anything.I knocked on the door and nothing happened . An Uber delivery person knocked and the lady opened the doors but was slow to help but we eventually got our room. Otherwise everything else was amazing"

"I liked the stay as a solo traveler because the room was like a state - room on a cruise ship. It was very stylish and comfortable. But for two people the queen size bed is placed horizontally in the room so the person next to the window would have to climb over the other person to get in and out of the bed. But didn’t bother me as a solo traveler. Also everything is controlled on an iPad. The only thing I had to call the front desk for was about the temperature control but other than that, I enjoyed my stay, although I don’t remember having a coffee maker in the room. However, the breakfast area was very comfortable and they have craft coffees at a price. The breakfast wasn’t included.The location was excellent. Just an easy walk to the museums and to the wharf for dining."
