"Great hotel in a handy location...easy flat walk into the city. Everything is fresh and clean and the breakfast has a great choice. The only thing that lets it down is the extortionate cost for parking...way beyond anywhere else in Bath! We ended up using JustPark and paying £16 for over 24hrs parking rather than the £50 at the hotel!"

"We were very happy with our huge room! There was a sitting area with couch and comfortable, along with a wonderfully comfy bed. The bathroom was spotless and appeared freshly renovated, and had a beautiful standing tub, with separate shower. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Everything was fresh and beautifully cooked, and service was above and beyond perfect. In fact, all staff we encountered were welcoming and kind."

"I have to say the staff were yet again amazing! Danielle and Callum were outstanding helping me when I turned up late and when I had to change rooms! The only thing that let the place down this time was the maintenance staff who did not fix my tv when I complained that it turned off every 10mins! Which was most frustrating"

"We really enjoyed our stay even though it was just 1 night. The pub has a lovely cosy feel with real fires and candles on tables in the evening. The room was comfortable with a small sofa to watch TV, although there wasn't much room either side of the bed, this wouldn't put me off staying here again as everything else was so good, there was air conditioning and the shower was was large with good quality fixtures the whole bathroom was spotless. The staff were all friendly, the evening meal and breakfast were great. Have already looked at other places in the Chickpea group for future travels."
