Hôtel pourri

J'ai fait 700 km de route pour passer sept jours dans un hôtel pourri. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi c'est un hôtel quatre étoiles. Les fourmis et les insectes qui se baladent dans la chambre. Ils nous ont donné un savon et petite bouteille de shampoing seulement le premier jour qu'ils ont récupéré le lendemain. Salle de bain bouchée. Piscine mal entretenue qui a causé une blessure d'un enfant. Petit déjeuner pourri le matin et des fois le soir. En gros, pas de entretien des chambres. Le seul point fort c'est les gens qui bossent à l hôtel qui sont accueillants. A éviter !!

Court séjour effectué (3 nuits). Bon accueil, tout le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Les infrastructures sont bien entretenues. Seul bémol qui a déjà été signalé dans d'autres commentaires : le réceptionniste m'a demandé de régler la taxe de séjour au check-in mais a refusé de me donner un reçu en me disant que le règlement était bien enregistré. Or, au check-out, le réceptionniste présent me l'a réclamée. J'ai bien sûr refusé de la régler en expliquant pourquoi. J'ai rédigé une lettre rappelant les faits et je suis partie.

Het joya paradise hotel is een formidabel familiaal en sociaal hotel met uitstekende teams van personeel steeds paraat om u tot dienst te zijn. Je hebt nooit het gevoel dat je er alleen bent...je word overal bij betrokken .de kamers zijn heel ruim en comfortabel en worden dagelijks gepoetst. Aan de receptie kan je steeds terecht bij vragen of problemen...nooit is iets teveel gevraagd. Ook in het restaurant staan de serveurs altijd klaar om u te verwelkomen en het u zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken... het eten is er dan ook steeds heerlijk ook daarom keer ik steeds terug naar mijn geprefereerde hotel het Joya Paradise in djerba. De ligging is ook ideaal zowel voor een bezoek aan het zeetje als voor het uitgaansleven als voor de winkels.voor mij is het zo een beetje mojn tweede thuis geworden. Het animatieteam zorgt er ook voor dat er geen tijd is om jezelf te vervelen. Alles bij elkaar goed en aangenaam.

L'hôtel et la chambre sont très bien et propres. En basse saison peu de monde et donc une tranquillité très agréable même s'il y a de nombreuses activités sympa proposées. Comme souvent la nourriture n'est pas exceptionnelle mais pas mauvaise non plus. Je déconseille le spa, allez plutôt dans un autre centre.

Een supergoed hotel.

Ik had een super verblijf in hotel joya paradise. Het is een klein maar een heel familiaal hotel, met hele vriendelijke en aangename mensen. Het eten is meer van de plaatselijke keuken, maar daar hou ik dan ook het meeste van.ik heb de feestdagen daar doorgebracht en dat was een ervaring om nooit meer te vergeten. Hele mooie en propere kamers. Er heerst overal zo een aangename sfeer, iedereen kent iedereen. Ik heb voor de eerste maal dan ook zoveel nieuwe mensen leren kennen. Het animatie team was heel beperkt maar wel heeeel goed. Alles bij elkaar gewoon super. 😊
