About this property
Idyllic vacation home right by the sea<br>
- Our house is located in the heart of the UNESCO world cultural heritage "Höga Kusten" directly by the sea. We offer you peace in a breathtaking landscape with many activities, Such as hiking in the Skuleskogen National Park or climbing the Skuleberget, cycling or fishing directly at the house.
In winter, you can use the ski facilities nearby or go shopping in the nearest major town Örnsköldsvik all year round. Visit also the fun pool and the many sights that our beautiful area offers you.
We are at your disposal with advice and assistance. We live next door in the main house and also speak German.
If you wish to arrive with one or more dogs, we will provide you with a heated kennel facility (for a fee).
Our 80sqm guest house has 3 bedrooms each with a large double bed, a living room with fireplace and sea view, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The whole house has underfloor heating.
From the terrace at the house you have to drink at coffee a magnificent view of our forest property with the mountains and the sea. You can also use the veranda of our boat house for romantic hours or for fishing.
Relax and enjoy the peace in our small town. The next neighbor lives about 200m away.
Shopping possibilities for daily needs are available in Docksta, 5 km away. The street is easy to drive all year round and you can park your car free of charge.
