"An amazing property in an idyllic location, peaceful and quiet. Super close to so many outdoor activities we were spoilt for choice. We were a party of 7 adults and the property felt spacious with a well stocked kitchen, outdoor eating area and large living room. Communication was great, clear friendly and incredibly helpful. "Please be aware there is NO SITE PARKING. Hopefully the owner changes this toggle upon reading this review. Honestly, I had almost rated this flat as 4 star because it is advertised with parking though there is none, but it was so clean and perfect I had to give 5 stars. If your lucky you can find a space to park in the loading zone across the street between 5pm and 10am but locals park there too. Luckily, we found a little area behind the antique store, but if we hadn’t we would be paying...

"This place really exceeded our expectations. We thought it looked nice online but it’s even nicer in real life. We had a family room and we were very happy with it. Everything was clean and well kept. We were very impressed with the quality of everything in the hotel, including the lovely smelling shampoo and shower gel provided, the super soft bedding and the nice, powerful shower. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Nothing we asked felt like too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious and they had options for vegetarians and vegans, which was great for us. There are also EV charger in the hotel car park, which really helped with our trip. The hotel itself is in a great location for exploring Betws-y-coed and North Wales. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area!"

"Nice place to stay. Great for individual travellers, couples and families. Breakfast was good as was dinner. The spa was decent. Not overcrowded at all with indoor and outdoor options. The rooms were comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower area was different from what I've seen before. It was nice. The only issue was dogs...I love dogs but dogs fighting is not what I'd like to experience on a break."
