Villa with private pool in peaceful setting near the centre of Flayosc

"Beautiful property. Set on the outskirts of a lovely small town, so walkable to all amenities, while simultaneously being secluded, quiet and completely enclosed, Large garden with lots of shade and a superb 12m pool. The villa is very well equipped and spacious. Perfect for our family group of 6 including 4 young adults. Probably the best place we have ever stayed in for a similar holiday. Very helpful owner."
Private country house, garden, and relaxation between the sea and lake

"We (mijn moeder, mijn man en ik) hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Christine ontving ons zeer hartelijk en is een geweldige host. Omdat er branden in de buurt waren stelde ze ons helemaal op ons gemak en dankzij haar voelden we ons heel erg thuis. Het huis heeft een prachtig zwembad en mooie buitenplekken om te vertoeven. We leefden vooral buiten. Het was erg warm en het huis heeft geen airco, maar we konden het huis verbazingwekkend koel houden door de ramen en luiken dicht te houden en ze in de koele ochtend een tijd open te zetten. Er is van alles te doen dichtbij en iets verder weg. Vergeet niet ook Draguignan en Lorque te verkennen. Alleen die plaatsen zijn al de moeite waard. Maar ook een mooie abdij iets verder weg en Lac de San Croix en de markt in Aups zijn geweldig. Het werd op een gegeven moment zo warm dat we de laatste dagen gewoon luierdagen bij het zwembad doorbrachten en tot rust kwamen. Dank je wel Christine voor alle tips en de geruststelling. Je bent een fantastische host. En ook dank aan Floran die ons met wat gereedschap kwam helpen de deur Van de auto weer vast te zetten. Een kleine tip: de bedden kunnen ietsje beter wat ons betreft. Die van ons kraakte enorm en de matrassen kunnen ook iets comfortabeler."

"Wir hatten hier eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!Das absolute Highlight ist für uns der Pool. Er liegt zwar nicht direkt an der Wohnung, sondern im Bereich der Terrasse der Vermieter, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Vermieter sind sehr zurückhaltend, sodass man fast das Gefühl hat, den Pool für sich alleine zu haben. Wenn man sich doch mal begegnet, sind sie super freundlich und herzlich.Der Pool ist übrigens viel größer, als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Wir waren schon in vielen Unterkünften, aber ein so großer Pool ist in dieser Preisklasse wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hebt diese Unterkunft von vielen anderen ab.Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und für vier Personen absolut ausreichend. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage war bei den heißen Tagen hier sehr hilfreich und hat vor allem nachts dafür gesorgt, dass man besser schlafen konnte.Die große Terrasse haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Es gibt gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen, einen großen Tisch zum Essen und eine Pergola, die genau dort Schatten spendet, wo man ihn braucht. Der Blick ins Grüne mit Pinien, Olivenhainen und viel Natur ist einfach wunderschön. Da die Unterkunft in einer Sackgasse liegt, ist es herrlich ruhig. Nachts hört man eigentlich gar nichts. Tagsüber fliegt ab und zu mal ein Flugzeug Richtung Nizza vorbei – das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört.Ein kleiner Punkt, den man vielleicht verbessern könnte, ist die Küchen"

"I wanted to feel like I lived in France for our 10 day vacation. This charming home in perfect Flayosc made that possible. The house was spacious, comfortable and gorgeous. I especially love the art and antiques. The mattresses were so comfortable. It was the perfect home base for us. The terrassed yard was lovely for little walks. We played Petanque in the court.I would rise in the morning to go down to the village of Flayosc for a baguette and treats. There are little shops for anything you might need. Lovely restaurants and scenery. Flayosc is close to Draguignan if you want a larger grocery store or more shopping and restaurants.We had a wonderful stay."
