"Rooms are nice and clean, they gave me a room without air conditioned but I told them I booked a room with AC and they gave me another room. The hotel is out of downtown, no noise, streets are not paved in that area. It is a good chooce If you don’t want to expend too much money. "

The staff seriously went above and beyond to help me navigate the city/find tours and make me feel welcome. They helped me feel comfortable and taken care of as a solo traveler. If you’re looking to visit Oaxaca City, definitely stay here."

"The Marialicia was great. It had updated amenities very clean and the suites felt private. The location was perfect, not too far from the Zocalo ( within walking distance) and far away enough to be nice and quiet. I highly recommend this place and would stay again. "

"Great place to stay. Large room with a small balcony and bathtub on the back of the house made it super quiet despite being downtown. Very pretty area within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, and some of the tourist attractions. I’d stay there again when in town next time."
