This is an attractive very nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse. It is located 3 miles from Hwy 55 on the road to Tamarack. It is close to Tamarack Ski / Golf Resort and Lake Cascade boat ramps. It is a great location for all the areas activities.

Nice condo

It’s a big condo, plenty of room for family and friends. I was there for work, so not much time for anything but sleep and eat. The place could use some ac, but it cools down at night so not a big deal.

We loved the property and having 3 bedrooms for our family. The only negative comment we would make was that the air conditioner did not seem to cool the condo off. Otherwise, we would stay with Ben again!

Great value

Very clean. No air conditioning, but if the weather cooperates, not a problem. Comfortable beds and showers. Nice location to explore McCall (11 miles) and Cascade (15 miles) and Tamarak Resort (6 miles?). Will be the perfect place to stay during ski season. Owner is very responsive to email and text.

Property is run down and owner unwilling to remedy or provide rebate. The property was clean when we entered. Owner responded quickly to concerns, but not adequately.This place has no AC, which would be OK IF one could open the windows without having mosquitoes and flies enter. 77 degrees downstairs and over 85 upstairs where two bedrooms are located.When I requested that screens be provided, the owner declined, citing the holiday weekend and that this was the first he knew about the screens being torn out. As the landlord, he has an obligation to ensure the property is in good shape, so not knowing about the screen is not a valid reason. Second, he could have driven to hardware store bought screening material and replaced the screens. (HW store was open!)After the owner refused to fix the screen, I asked for a rebate. He refused and suggested that I could find another place and he would refund the fee. Right, find another place late on July 3? The one place he suggested had no availability.It seems the landlord is just milking this place for without care for the tenant. See the pictures. Blinds are broken, curtain rods are falling down, lamps won't turn on, paint is peeling and chipped, carpet is old & wrinkled, screens are torn. Could show more, but limit is 8 pictures.For more fun, can't park on the street and there are swallows nesting under the eaves. Your car will likely receive a good smattering of bird droppings.
77 degrees DOWNSTAIRS, over 85 upstairs. No AC and screens are missing, so mosquitoes and flies come in if the windows are opened.

A Great Place to Stay. Central to everything, the Lake, Cascade, McCall.

We have stayed here a Couple of times. The unit has comfortable beds. We love it here! It is clean and cute. An added plus is that the Condo is central to everything, Cascade, the Lake and McCall. It has a place to park the boat that is close to the unit as well. The area is quiet. People in the common areas are nice. The owner is excellent to work with. He is fast to respond to your needs. Our families will stay here again! Thank You Ben!

Excellent Value and Excellent Accommodations

What a great McCall Winter Festival experience. Easy to find and access even with 4' plus of snow. Very clean and self-contained condo with everything you'd need available including udated ammedities. Just drive up, walk in, unpack and start enjoying your vacation adventure. Owners were easy to work with answered all questions as we were coming from out of state. They provided a welcome packet with easy to follow instructions that we could refer to throughout our trip. Very timely return of security deposits and were even kind enough to return a left behind item. I would recommend this spot to any friend or family to use during the winter or summer! Thanks for a great memories of your beautiful condo
