The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The room is magnificent and opulent with stunning views of the park
However, the staff at the front desk were unfriendly and cold while the staff at the restaurant in the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Quite a stark contrast. For the prices they charge and for the level of this hotel, they really need to have better customer service at check-in and at the front desk in general

I've stayed here numerous times. the staff are great, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. just ensure you get your breakfast vouchers since I didnt get mine last time.
