"Reception staff on arrival were excellent. I chose to check in at the Hotel California reception and was escorted to the hamsa house hotel by (I think it was) Aquisha. She made sure that I found the place and was able to operate the entrance keypad to get in without any problems. Cleaning was okay but a couple of things missed. Amenities and location both good."
"The room was clean. The staff was friendly and it was a great central location. $10-$15 taxi ride to wherever you wanted to go. They had a great taxi stand out front as well."
"Nice hotel..Good location. Very basic breakfast and staffs start clearing brrakfast area 30mns before end. Nothing is replaced in the buffet. If its finshed tough luck.

"This is a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good. The location is a ten minute walk to the beach and less than two minutes walk from the metro station. It's not located in a typically touristic area, which can be a bonus, depending on your needs . However, given the metro is closed , you can access the tourist sites within minutes. Overall, good and would stay again."
