Ausgezeichnete, ruhige Lage in einem schönen und gepflegten Quartier. Das Haus ist angenehm zu bewohnen, könnte aber noch etwas praktischer eingerichtet sein; es wirkt, als ob die Renovierung noch nicht ganz fertig sei.Die Verwalterin war sehr angenehm, flexibel und freundlich.
