"A pleasantly surprising stay in the Saumur/ Doué-la-Fontaine area of the Loire. This property while modern is a gem, we benefited from a comfortable clean and pleasant family room, with a window opening up onto their rear garden area. Woke up to birdsong and quiet , and a great breakfast in their large conservatory. Service excellent and helpful. "I can't fault this wonderful manoir - Francois and Dominique were the perfect hosts Beautiful large room with a lovely, comfortable 4 poster bed. Very well appointed and full of beautiful antiques Dinner and breakfast were superb and the attention to detail quite lovely The manor is in a beautiful setting close to the Loire River It was lovely to practice our French with Francois and Dominique - if we are in the area again we will most definitely come back I would highly recommend this manoir"
