Although the units are dated the place was spotless. The woman who helped us (the manager) was exceptional. There was an error (through Expedia) and she went above and beyond. Plus the bed was so comfy!

This is not an 8 property as currently rated. The lobby stinks of smoke and is in disrepair. The room, while clean, had a bathroom that could not have been updated in 20 years - holes in walls, gaps in floor, stained sink.

Older hotel, priced was good!

It’s an older hotel could use some maintenance and upgrades but the price is good! We only slept and showered as we were working all day it was perfect for us. The staff and owners were very pleasant. Coffee pots in the room was very pleased with that.

Older but Clean

Older hotel with beauty issues, but we found it to be clean and quiet. They should change to unscented laundry detergent as to the scent was overwhelming. But I knew for sure they were clean.

Place was clean and front desk lady was very nice! I gave a lower rating because there was hardly any hot water for showers and there were loose tiles on the bathroom floor. I nearly tripped over them while carrying a baby and it could’ve been a horrible accident.

Had to book late due to lack of vacant hotels . Booked this, hot a confirmation , drove an hour from our destination just to stay here, and the lobby was locked. Paper note said will reopen at 7am . It was about 11:30pm....we ended up having to sleep in our car at a truck stop because we were too tired from a 10 hr drive to go back to casper, which is an hour away .

Don’t waste your money!

Booked my room, and drove to it. Only to arrive a few Minutes later and the doors were locked with a number to call. The gal told me they closed at 10pm! It was 11:05pm when I arrived. She told me to wait and she came To the front desk. I arrived in the room, it was GROSS!!! The sink was yellow/rust stained, the door jam leading into the bathroom was rotted out, there was a terrible drop going from the room into the sink area, that caught me off guard and I almost fell. The bed was HARD AS A ROCK! I could not get the tv to work so I did some checking and found the cable box (little black box that had a hdmi and coax cable coming from it to the tv and wall) so I noticed it was unplugged. I had to pull the tv stand out from the wall and there was so much trash behind there, old papers, lids, on the TV stand was spilled sugar all over it in the corner close to the microwave. Which that was an unsafe situation because they just balanced on edges. The walls had yellow stains from previous smoking being allowed and it smelled terrible!!!! Don’t think any updates have been made since they were built. Terrible terrible terrible!!!

Attentive Service

Everything was nice and clean, I got new towels every day. I definitely appreciated the air conditioning on the hot days. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The employees were friendly and attentive.
