Charming Holualoa Ranching-Era Estate near Kailua and Keauhou. Away from it all!

"This property is amazing! For a brief few days we really felt like Ohana in Hawaii. The Pink House is an amazing home with so much history. The gardens are beautiful and the Lanai is one of a kind. We easily slept 8 in the home and had room to hide from one another when necessary. It’s located very close to some restaurants, and a quick drive down to the touristy things. We arranged our own fishing excursions and horse back riding in the area with easy from this location. The evening breezes kept the home comfortable for our group from a very hot/dry climate. Thank you Lisa and Blue Sky!"

"Trying to find a place for 14 people ranging in ages from 2 - 86, is not so easy. Communication with the owners before booking the Promise Tree was so helpful! They got back to me so quickly! We arrived quite early, and Esther was kind enough to allow us an early check in. It was pouring rain and as we were trying to place everyone in the best rooms for our entourage, Esther came over and explained where everything was, and how things worked. The property is so big and absolutely beautiful! They have everything you will need while you’re there. Pack and plays, beach chairs, snorkel gear, even water shoes in sizes for almost everyone. Coolers, wagons, umbrellas! The pool was used every day, rain or shine!It was such a great fit for our large family. Thank you Esther for your prompt replies to my many questions! Your communication is stellar! Thank you for your kindness, and creating such a wonderful place for families to gather. MahaloSteve and Debbie Vega"

"Overall, the property was in a great location and provided plenty of space for our party of nine. We especially enjoyed the view from the patio and found the kitchen well-stocked and spacious enough for multiple people to cook.I did want to mention a couple of issues we encountered during our ten-day stay. Unfortunately, the outside refrigerator was not working, which limited our storage space for beverages. Additionally, with nine guests, we quickly ran out of paper products and had to purchase our own for the remainder of the trip.We enjoyed our stay and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests."
