"The front desk staff was very accommodating and understanding. But our first night we had spiders on our bed and the front desk got us moved to a new room within 20 min, that was the only good part of our stay in terms of service. Our bathroom was not cleaned once during our stay, the shower floor was brown in some spots. Our beds had stains on the comforter, constantly had to ask for cleaning service (our beds weren’t made unless we asked, same with getting new towels. The valet was great."

"BASICALLY WE LIKED THE HOTEL AND CHECK IN ETC (IT'S A BEAUTIFUL BUILDING - QUITE STUNNING REALLY) BUT THERE WERE MINOR ISSUES: THE BATHROOM AFFILIATED WITH THE RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF TOILET PAPER AS WELL AS PAPER TOWELS OUR ROOM AT CHECK IN HAD A TOILET WITH URINE AND TOILET PAPER - UNFLUSHED CLEARLY A LACK OF OVERSIGHT -IN SPITE OF THAT, WE WOUD RETURN - JUST A HEADS UP"

"Excellent stay. I'll start with the negatives. - advert is a 2 bedroom apartment. it is really a 1-bedroom unit with a loft which includes a bed. I did specifically ask and was told the unit has two bed rooms (even specifying that each room had a door)That aside. the unit is great. It is clearly well care for and very nicely designed. It is in a great location for touring the inner harbor. Check-in was easy. Communication was simple, effective, prompt. When we had issues with the parking, they were very ve"
