We cannot say enough about her friendly hospitality : ) Location is great: within 10 min walking to city center. FYI, Residence Name changed from El Residencial to ROLANDO BEDS It is just a private room with an adjoined private bathroom. Space is small, but adequate because most time is spent outside the room. Very safety conscious. Building comes with many codes to enter and exit. Room Comes with a smart TV which is a plus! Another major plus, the bathroom and room were heated very warmly, which was very comfortable. If you are a hot, you can open the window too. Outside the room, in the hallway is a common space with free water, hot water heater, tea, instant coffee and a microwave. "
