"This place was actually really nice. The downside was the staff the young kids that they have working the desk are absolutely incompetent. Well that's pretty rude let me just say so were they. I got in for my flight pretty early at about 7:00 a.m. I was trying to check in early because on the website it said that you can check in by 9:00 a.m. with a fee which would have been fine to wait a couple hours and pay that fee . I question the young man at the desk and he really said well don't you see it's not even 9:00 a.m. so why are you complaining . Not a way you answer a simple question .But there was this I think Hispanic guy that seemed to run almost everything around the building he was super nice, and was wondering why we were waiting so long I advised him we were trying to check in early and waiting for a room. He was like let me see what I can do , he talked to the kids at the desk explain to them they needed to do the best they could to get us a room. He came back and said he's going to get us in the room by 11:00 a.m. we just needed to kill time he gave us different locations to go to and check out for breakfast or shopping . I thought that was the best part of our visit the room ended up being extremely nice it was hard to get ice but overall the stay was amazing. He got us in our room and got a situated."
