"We got a flat on the parking lot. The valets changed the tire and sent us to a shop that fixed it in two hours. Smiles ask the way. Great hotel. "

"Very pleasant hotel to stay. Comfortable bed, clean facility and best of all staff. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Felt very welcomed. The thing that stood out the most, was, when we returned from the concert we attended we decided to go to the bar. There were 7 in our group. There were quite a few other guests also. It was pretty busy. The bartender was Renee, hope I spelled her name right. Very friendly and a great personality, perfectly personality for the job. Even though she was busy Renee kept composure. It was impressive. Really liked the fact that the front desk person, I think his name was Mike, come over to help out to run drinks. Drinks tasted really good. Renee was on top of taking care of everyone. Never felt ignored. Mike had to go back to take care of the front desk after which Marina came over to lend a hand. Great to see the teamwork. They were all super attentive. That made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you."
