"The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

"In a room across the street from a nightclub blasting music until 1 am; AC was preprogrammed to go off at 3 in morning so room heated up to uncomfortable levels. Would’ve appreciated a heads up from the staff."
