"Really lovely room and bathroom in tiled wood and marble. Also the tv had Netflix and Amazon so we could watch what we wanted. About ten minutes walk from centre. Coffee machine and kettle provided however the coffee/ tea was only provided for the first night. We were there for four. Breakfast was also the same for four days and not a lot of healthy choices."

"This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would have given this stay a better rating except for one thing. As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)"

"It was excellent until after I checked out and had to wait a couple hours until my taxi arrived to go to my next destination. The doorman who handled luggage was rude and had me sit in a “different” reception room which was extremely awkward and uncomfortable"

"So you're after a clean, quiet. Pretty decent location hotel in central Sofia? Then look no further. Pleasent enough. Very clean rooms. We had a fridge and.micro wave and kettle. Large bathroom/wet room. Excellent wifi. Breakfast is a little limited. But the coffee is fine. It'll start you day off just fine. A little worn around the edges. But nothing at all terrible. Book with confidence. Friendly enough staff."
