Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and reversible air conditioning
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190), desk and wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower, accessible by climbing down two steps
- A separate WC

The flat is ideally located in Draguignan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- The flat is located between the sea and the mountains, 33 km from the beaches of Fréjus, 50 km from Saint-Tropez and 70 km from the Gorges du Verdon.
- Shopping and various walks and visits in the surrounding villages.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park in the market square, around 700 m from the flat. On market days, parking spaces may be difficult to access.

Coeur de Provence "Comfortable and spacious apartment. I enjoyed my stay. Good communication with the host. 🙂 Lovely spacious apartment; very clean and comfortable.Great shower . Well equipped. Well situated in the center of Draguignan. 🙁 The parking in Draguignan is limited so long walk to the apartment. The building is old and the entrance hall is very run down ."

Coeur de Provence Très bien!! encore mieux que sur les photos. Si j’avais su j’y serais resté quelques jours de plus… Place du marché avec de nombreux bars/restaurants juste à l’entrée de l’immeuble, que nous n’entendons pas du tout de l’extérieur. Spacieux pour 2 personnes et ville très agréable. J’y reviendrai !!

Coeur de Provence "C'est la deuxième fois que je passe un week-end au sein de ce logment, et j'en suis toujours satisfait. Le logement est très bien situé, très bien équipé et parfaitement propre. En plein centre de Draguignan, vous bénéficiez de tous les commerces de proximité à pied, et il est facile de se garer à proximté gratuitement (prévoir 5 à 10 minutes de marche). Je recommande !"

Il est idéalement situé dans le centre-ville de Draguignan, et rend tous les déplacements de proximité possibles à quelques minutes de marche.
