This is a great location near the sights of Dresden, easily reachable by tram from the train station. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, lovely bar area. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location is great, staff were very helpful, close to everything. Parking is located under the hotel which I wish was better explained on Expedia.

The staff were very good especially Pip The rooms are small but clean however they would benefit from removing the arm chair and replacing it with some drawers. The only other thing that’s missing is a kettle a couple of cups and spoons

Es war einfach schön. War erstaunt über so viel Ruhe in dem großen Hotel. Keine Spülung und Dusche anderer Gäste zu hören, kein Türenklappen. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt das Frühstück: Auswahl sehr übersichtlich. Die Sitzgelegenheiten zum Frühstück sind überwiegend nicht geeignet (Sessel, kleine Tische) sondern eher zum Chillen.

Die Lage ist gut, das Hotel ist renoviert und sauber. Das Personal ist ruhig, aber freundlich. Es gibt eine Longebar. Verbesserungsbedarf besteht bei den Parkmöglichkeiten, es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und die Heizung/Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
