We rent an apartment with feel-good factor, in the attic of a small, newly built guest house with three apartments.
The house is located in Dresden "Strehlen", the district where already the Saxon royal house enjoyed his rest.

The apartment has all the essential amenities and facilities that offers everything for a relaxing holiday.

On the large roof terrace, the spacious living and kitchen area adds.
The bedroom has a comfortable and large bed. Load you surprise!

You can reach all important sights via the tram-bus S-Bahn network of the city of Dresden.

In our Dresden district "Strehlen", which Saxon kings have already chosen as a resort, the construction of Wilhelminian villas, farmhouses and small inner-city architecture meets. All within an old village center, which borders on the Dresden city center.
You expect the latest standard and a really big and sunny roof terrace!

Immediately next to our quarter you have several tram and bus service in the center and surroundings of Dresden.
A S-Bahn station, a nearby motorway junction (eg to Prague or Berlin). The main station is also directly accessible. If you come by plane we offer you an airport transfer on request. Your car is quiet and safe in the adjacent small side streets.

The Dresden district of Strehlen was an independent village until the turn of the century. Not far you will find the largest park in Dresden with park railway botanical garden, gondola pond and beer gardens, the "Great Garden". Villas and old farmhouses border our street. Not far from us is also the University of Dresden with its student life. Discover the city from here! You have tram connections to the center (10 minutes) or bus to Pillnitz with castle and park or the S-Bahn to the heart of the "Saxon Switzerland" with its beautiful mountains and hiking trails. We are happy to advise you to explore unknown destination.
You do not have to go hungry, around the corner there are small supermarkets, some bakers, German, Italian and Greek restaurants. Recently a fine wine bar.
