"The biggest complaint was the beds. Unfortunately they were in poor enough quality that we ended up camping out on the floors. The home was clean enough but trash was left on back porch from prior guests and there was a PILE of it. It is a duplex, and noise from neighbors was pretty significant. Could hear their full conversations. I was looking for an inexpensive option for the Derby weekend and this checked that box. My expectations were not high given the price but the place definitely left some room for improvement. "

Laura was awesome and walked us through check-in and recommended plenty of places to visit while in town. Would highly recommend!"
