Amazing resort with excellent accommodation and facilities. The aquapark is outstanding and a real highlight. Breakfast is average, and the beach is nothing special for a resort of this level. Dining is confusing and restrictive — even on a full-board plan, many better restaurants require significant extra payment, in some cases up to $190 per person, which feels excessive. Overall impressive, but food policies reduce the value.

Super nice stay ! Food is a bit over price but still very good . the room had plenty of space for the Malloy of 4 and our room cleaner Jagat was very nice . The pools are huge and the fact that the water park was opened 30 minutes tonus before the public was a great value for our family !

My son loved all the activists as he jet skied, when to swim with the dolphins and did the water park. He love eating Infront of the fish tanks. The staff were excellent and so was the room. The hotel has to be a 7 stars. The balcony from the room was breath taking as we were on the 15th floor. The room was to die for. We stayed on the Palms side and great views of the water and pool side. Checked in at 3pm and went straight to the Imperial club lounge where good variety of food. Then back at 5pm for nibbles and drinks…what a fabulous time we have had.Staff impeccable and friendly service all the time…a recommendation to stay here if you have a chance too.Thanks for a memorable time and experience and will be back fir sure.

An Incredible Stay at Atlantis The Palm We had an absolutely wonderful time at Atlantis The Palm. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and focused on even the smallest details, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The entire experience was amazing — from the world-class amenities to the breathtaking atmosphere of the resort. The food was consistently high quality, with plenty of options that satisfied both adults and kids. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. Atlantis The Palm delivered an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to be back. Highly recommended!
