Couldn’t recommend this place enough, every single staff member, the food, the restaurants, the spa, the service personnel and vibe was outstanding. Pay no attention to any other review besides this one. I stayed for 2 nights either my sister and was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

For anyone looking for a stylized version of a desert oasis, the Bab al Shams will tick every box. Food, service and facilities are top-tier, and it provides a bona fide escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dubai. It is also perfectly situated across from the Al Qudra cycle track, which must be one of the world's best dedicated cycling facilities.

A lovely, peaceful hotel if you’re looking to get away from the city. The Adult Pool was a key feature and Jimmy at the pool bar was excellent as were the breakfast staff. The Garden Terrace room was not as luxurious as I had expected sadly although the time of year did affect this also (early sunsets, mosquitos). Overall a nice, boutique hotel.
